Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of National Cleaning Directory, operated by PrecisionClean 360, a trade name of 16553931 CANADA INC.. By using the directory, creating an account, claiming a listing or submitting content, you agree to these Terms.

Directory purpose

The directory helps users discover cleaning businesses and allows eligible business representatives to manage profiles. Listings, verification badges and search placement are informational. A verified badge means that we approved a claim using the information available to us; it is not a guarantee, certification or endorsement of a business’s licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, safety or suitability.

Accounts and listing claims

You must provide accurate information and may claim or edit a listing only if you are authorized to represent that business. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity performed through your account. We may request additional verification, reject a claim, correct a listing or revoke access when information is inaccurate, disputed or potentially fraudulent.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

National Cleaning Directory may send SMS messages relating to business listings, verification, claim requests, profile or account activity, directory services, and other communications you have consented to receive.

• Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use the basic National Cleaning Directory website or browse directory listings. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Owner content

You retain ownership of logos, photographs, articles and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the directory and your listing. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape or harvest the directory at scale without written permission; impersonate a business; submit false, misleading, infringing or unlawful material; introduce malicious code; bypass access controls or usage limits; interfere with the service; or use the directory to send unlawful or abusive communications.

Inquiries and third-party businesses

The directory may record and route inquiries to listed businesses. We are not a party to any resulting conversation, quote, contract, payment or service. Users are responsible for evaluating businesses, and businesses are responsible for their services, representations, licensing, insurance, taxes and legal compliance.

Plans and promotions

Features may vary by plan. Promotional or complimentary access may be limited, modified or discontinued as stated in the offer. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewals and cancellation rights will be presented before purchase. A free promotional period does not guarantee permanent free access to paid features.

Intellectual property

The directory software, design, branding, compilation and original site content are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Business names, logos and owner content remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features and may remove content or restrict access to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search placement, traffic, leads, revenue or search-engine results.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the directory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or disputes between users and listed businesses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising from content you submit, your business listing, your services, your misuse of the directory or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to nationalcleaningdirectory@gmail.com.
