Cookie & Storage Policy

We use cookies and similar browser storage for secure operation and, only with permission, first-party listing analytics. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking.

Essential storage

Supabase authentication cookies maintain signed-in owner and administrator sessions. We also store your privacy selection so the site remembers whether you allowed analytics. These functions are necessary to provide requested features and cannot be disabled through our preference control.

Optional analytics storage

If you select “Allow analytics,” we create a random session identifier in session storage. It expires when the browsing session ends. We use it to avoid double-counting a profile view and to count profile views and website, telephone and map clicks. This information is used for aggregate directory and owner reporting, not advertising.

Change your choice

Select “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time. Choosing “Essential only” stops future optional analytics events on that browser. It does not delete aggregate statistics already recorded. Clearing browser storage may cause the preference notice to appear again.
