Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
No. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with cleaning solutions, microfiber towels and vacuums. If you prefer us to use specific products of your own, just leave them on the counter with a note.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a background check, and Vivid Space Solutions, LLC carries commercial general liability insurance: $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate.
What payment methods do you accept, and when do I pay?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We don't take cash. We keep a card on file to hold your booking: a hold is placed 24 hours before your cleaning, and you're charged when the job is completed.
Do I need to be at home for the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home as long as you provide lockbox, key code or front desk entry instructions in your booking notes. We will let you know when we arrive and when we complete the clean.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes. We ask that aggressive pets are safely secured during the cleaning, and please secure pets that might escape or get nervous around vacuums. Our cleaners do not clean pet waste or biohazards.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your arrival window at no charge, online or by phone. Later cancellations have a $50 late cancellation fee. If our crew is turned away or you cancel at the door, a $75 no-show fee applies, and if we cannot get in within 15 minutes of trying to reach you, a $50 lockout fee applies.
